Who this is for

The Ground Crew Community is for contractors who work in the dirt: excavation, paving, earthworks, and heavy civil construction. We stay focused to make sure the community and content is highly relevant and valuable to our members. Community membership is open to anyone in the industry who lives out our values of being Humble & Hungry.

Ground Crew Peer Groups are grouped by revenue, starting under $1M up to $100M. We match you into a group of 5-8 peers; movers and shakers, eager to share what they know and learn something new. Peer group members are hand-selected and screened to ensure a great fit in terms of revenue, growth, and participation.
