This workshop is for growing dirt contractors who need to get their business out of their head and into systems and processes that others can run. This is a practical event all about building, implementing, and sustaining processes in your construction business so that you can get your time back, give your team clarity, and you can make more money. This workshop is designed for growing dirt contractors from $1M – $25M in revenue.
This is facilitated by Benjamin Holmgren, taught by Zack Estes as the process expert, and with Tyler Tapani serving as the mentor who’s been there, done that in his dirt business.

Benjamin Holmgren is the founder at Kestaa and host of Ground Crew events. Growing and running an excavation business is a lonely road. I help connect owners of dirt companies that don’t compete with each other so they can learn and get better together.
Zack Estes is the founder & CEO at Processarb, your go-to community and curriculum for operationalizing your business. Identify the specific gaps in your business that are keeping it from operating like a lean, efficient machine.
Tyler Tapani is the owner & manager at TTap Construction Services, a civil excavation contractor based in Kennewick, Washington. Through years of trial and error, Tyler and his team have built and sustained processes that have freed him up to do what he does best.
