I would highly recommend signing up to be part of the Ground Crew. The bonds you build with individuals facing the same situations as you on a day-to-day basis is unmatched. It allows you to ask the questions and get feedback from them, which is something you typically can’t get from other contractors in your trade. If you are on the fence about joining, just think of one issue that you’ve dealt with and wondered if there was a better way to do it. If so, don’t hesitate to join.
