Carefully-vetted peer groups for leaders at excavation and heavy civil companies.
These groups are structured to bring together excavation and civil contractors who are at a similar stage in business. From small contractors to enterprise businesses, the one thing that connects us all is the desire to learn and grow.
These groups are focused on a specific specialty, so you can really get into the details with businesses just like yours. Don’t see the group you want to join? Send me a message and let’s get one started!
Deep dive into one member company, meet with a mentor, and explore a topic in-depth with your peer group memers.
Learn from owners and operators who have been there and done it, and get their perspective on your challenges.
Share wins and get answers to day-to-day challenges with people who are on the same path.
Talk with a nationwide network of members who are building businesses in the dirt.
Join the weekly office hours call to ask questions, meet other group members, or talk through your latest opportunity.
The Ground Crew has a very simple bar that applicants have to clear: They need to be Humble and Hungry.
Humble enough to recognize that they don’t know it all. There’s always more to learn and improve on.
Hungry enough to be ready to change when presented with new ideas and information. They have to take action in order to prove that they’ve learned.
This remains a solid filter for the Ground Crew, and even after putting a bunch of peer groups together, I have yet to find a dud.
There’s a whole new wave of contractors who are seeing opportunity, watching what’s working for other companies, and have their ego in check so they can actually do something about it.
Nothing but respect for how hard this business is and for those with a growth mindset that embody the Ground Crew values: Humble and hungry.
My hat is off to you.
